1. Shipping Locations

Service Areas: We currently ship within selected cities in India, including Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, New Delhi, and Gurugram. Please check if your location is serviceable at checkout.

International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated based on the size and weight of the items in your order, as well as your delivery location. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over a certain value. The eligibility for free shipping will be displayed at checkout.

Plants on Rent: Delivery and pickup charges for rented plants are included in the rental agreement. Additional charges may apply for special delivery requests.
3. Delivery Time

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: Delivery times may vary based on location and accessibility.

Live Plants: As live plants require special handling, delivery times may vary. We ensure that the plants are delivered fresh and in good condition.
4. Order Tracking

Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order online.

Delivery Updates: You will also receive email updates regarding the status of your delivery. Please ensure that your contact information is correct at checkout to receive these notifications.

Live Plants: Special care is taken to pack and ship live plants to ensure they arrive healthy. We use protective packaging and choose the best courier partners to handle live shipments.

Fragile Items: Planters and other fragile items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please refer to our return and refund policy.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts

Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Unavailable Recipient: If the delivery attempt fails due to the recipient not being available, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the item to us. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
