1. General Policy

No Returns: Items once sold cannot be returned. We encourage you to carefully review your purchase before finalizing it.

Planters: If a planter is received defective or damaged, it can be returned. The item will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt to check for manufacturing defects. If the defect is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Live Plants: Live plants cannot be returned once sold. We ensure the quality and health of all plants before dispatch.
2. Plants on Rent Services

Inspection and Acceptance: Upon delivery of rented plants, you are requested to inspect them immediately. If there are any issues or concerns, please notify us within 24 hours.

Maintenance: Our rental service includes regular maintenance of the plants. If any plant deteriorates due to reasons beyond our control, such as improper care by the client, the cost of replacement will be charged.

Early Termination: If you wish to terminate the rental service before the agreed period, a cancellation fee may apply. The plants must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered.

Non-Returnable: Plants provided under the rental service remain the property of Top Plants and cannot be sold, transferred, or returned by the client without prior consent.

4. Shipping and Handling

Return Shipping for Defective Items: If returning a defective or damaged planter, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
